"To blog or not to blog,
That is the question."
Blogging is something new to me, so I don't know where to begin. As an English teacher, I have tons to say or write about. But it seems that my writing Muse is gone for the day! I can't think of something insightful or meaningful to say.
On days like these, I turn to meditation. I find it very relaxing and rewarding. It calms me down, and most of all, it clears my thoughts. Meditation is like taking your mind to a luxurious spa.
I've been meditating for six months now and it has changed my life. I encourage anyone to give meditation a try. It's fun and easy!
