When I feel super stressed out, I look for inspirational quotes. I find them very uplifting. They give me the confidence and the courage I need to feel motivated. Roosevelt's quote is a great example. Like FDR says, "the only thing to fear is fear itself."

Great movie! I was hooked from the beginning to end. Loved the music soundtrack!!! It adds a different twist and feel to the movie and it works wonderfully. The actors performed well. They deliver great scenes. 

If you're a huge Fitzgerald fan like myself, I think the ending was executed perfect!

If you enjoyed reading the novel, I think you'll love the movie. You won't be disappointed!

Stumbled upon this quote today. Had a wonderful teaching/ learning moment with my students. It's not the end of the world, if we fail. Never be afraid to lose. Be daring and learn from your mistakes.  

Failure is part of success.

Never give up on your goals and dreams. Achieve more and never be afraid to dream a little bigger! 

First time blogging...Yikes!

Blogging is something new to me, so I don't know where to begin. As an English teacher, I have tons to say or write about. But it seems that my writing Muse is gone for the day! I can't think of something insightful or meaningful to say.
On days like these, I turn to meditation. I find it very relaxing and rewarding. It calms me down, and most of all, it clears my thoughts. Meditation is like taking your mind to a luxurious spa.
I've been meditating for six months now and it has changed my life. I encourage anyone to give meditation a try. It's fun and easy!
